Terms of use

These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the VroomBroom website and related services operated by Frekvento s.r.o., registered office Jaurisova 515/4, Michle, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, Company ID (ICO): 21051259, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 396205/MSPH ("we", "us", "VroomBroom").

By using the website or the VroomBroom mobile application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use VroomBroom (in accordance with Section 7 of Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing).

If you are under 16, you may only use the service with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

By continuing to use the services after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.

You may use the services mainly for:

• managing vehicle records and documents
• tracking expenses, service events and vehicle operation
• using reminders and summaries available in the app
• scanning and processing documents using OCR features

VroomBroom offers a freemium model with a free tier and paid subscription plans. Details and current pricing of each plan are displayed in the application.

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
• Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].

VroomBroom uses automated data processing to enhance your experience:

• OCR (optical character recognition) for scanning receipts and documents
• On-device machine learning for odometer readings
• Retrieval of vehicle data from public registries (STK/emissions records)
• Automated data extraction is provided for convenience only. You should verify the accuracy of all automatically extracted information.

Website content, the VroomBroom brand, visual assets and source materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Without prior written consent, copying, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which the service may be temporarily unavailable.

We are not liable for unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.

The service is provided based on currently available features and is continuously improved.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

VroomBroom integrates with third-party services. By using VroomBroom, you also agree to the applicable terms of these providers:

• Supabase Terms of Service (backend infrastructure)
• Google Terms of Service (Firebase, ML Kit, Document AI, Google Sign-In)
• Apple Terms of Service (Apple Sign-In)

For individual users, VroomBroom acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

For business or fleet accounts where vehicles belong to employees or third parties, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be required. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange this.

You may terminate your account at any time according to the rules stated in the app.

In case of serious violation of these Terms, we may temporarily restrict access or terminate the account.

Upon account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

For consumers: mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain applicable to the extent required by law.
